There is a sheltered, south facing sun deck where you can sit with a drink from our honesty bar and enjoy the sea air, lovely views, free on site private parking, and everything that you are likely to need for your stay is within easy walking distance. All rooms have en suite facilities, most enjoy sea views and all are individually designed and tastefully decorated. All have free wi-fi, complimentary tea and coffee, hair dryer and tv. Irons/boards are available.

Guest reviews regularly refer to our delicious, 'cooked to order'  breakfasts with freshly brewed coffee and a good selection of cereals, muesli, fruit and yoghurts which are served in our comfortable dining room from where you can enjoy a view of the sea and which we open up to the sea breeze whenever possible. Our warm and comfortable lounge has a well stocked honesty bar, drinks fridge and an ice machine and opens onto a sheltered, south facing verandah/sun deck with delightful sea views.

There is an abundance of good bars, cafes and restaurants close by and you can walk to the harbour, where water taxis and ferries are available to take you on a scenic trip 'up river', along the coast or across the bay to St. Mawes.

There are four sandy beaches within walking distance, all with cafes and restaurants. You can hire boats or boards and go fishing, sailing or diving! Events Square and the National Maritime Museum are just a few minutes walk away with numerous bars and restaurants overlooking Port Pendennis Marina - there is always something going on here! There is a coastal Golf Course with stunning views within walking distance and a Hotel Spa with indoor pool right next door!

This is also a perfect location from which to explore by car, to the unique habitat of the Lizard Peninsula, the stunning expansive beaches of our rugged north coast and the beautiful sub tropical gardens of the Helford River.
