Excellently B&B. Service was really good, rooms clean, tidy and really comfortable. Shower was amazing. Plus cannot fault the breakfast.. Having off street parking is a massive bonus.

Everything was clean. Breakfast was yummy. Staff are very attentive. Parking was easy. Short pleasant walk to the sandy beach.

We stayed in the room pennence, was very nice and relaxing.sea view was a bonus.the only downside was the bathroom was narrow.

What’s not to like staying here zana and all the staff were excellent nothing too much trouble for them really helpful when deciding which places to visit.the breakfast was very good the building and rooms are spotless and plenty of parking spaces

The room was lovely, with a huge, very comfortable bed and a little seating area with a view down to the beach, good shower and great breakfast, We wished that we had booked for longer and would love to stay again

Wonderful and clean courtyard room with king-size bed on ground level with a separate sitting area. Nice bathroom with excellent shower except for water splashing outside the stall afterward, a small sink to work with, and lighting a bit too dark for me. Breakfast is basic and fruits’ quantity is limited, but the staff are friendly and helpful. Will definitely recommend it to anyone staying in Falmouth.

Hotel was comfy, lovely room with sea view, breakfast was cooked fresh to order. Hotel is just a short stroll to the beach & just a short walk into town where there are plenty of shops & bars/restaurants.

Ideal location, short stroll to the beach 10 min walk to town centre. Great breakfast and very friendly staff We booked the courtyard room for 5 nights. A private area with your own sun beds table and chairs, ideal if you want a lazy/quiet day in the sun or to relax in the evenings with a bottle of wine

We thoroughly enjoyed our 6 nights stay and would definitely come again. Our room had views of the bay, beautifully laid out. The breakfasts were amazing and the staff so friendly.

Nice and large room, great service and breakfast, good location.

Had the balcony room which was nice to sit out on and see the sea, however the door was very difficult to close after as were the windows, probably because they are the original frames.The bedroom was a good size with a massive super king bed ,modern bathroom with shower gel, shampoo conditioner hand wash all free to use.Kettle coffee and tea.Lovely cooked breakfast with a good selection of cereals, fruit etc.Falmouth was a good base to explore ,train station 7 mins walk to great to travel to St.Ives

Good hosts, easy walk down to beach and coast walks. Car parking and a short walk to Falmouth town.
